At Indigo, we’re passionate about showcasing the possibilities of Southern cuisine, emphasizing its uniqueness and charm. We have a simple rule: if it’s not from the South, it doesn’t make it onto our plates. We’re committed to using only local ingredients, partnering closely with nearby farmers. From farm to table, freshness is key at Indigo.
